Shipping policy

The Casual Lady charges a flat shipping rate of $9.99 which excludes selections made from the "Esscents" aromatherapy collection. The shipping rate for these items are calculated by weight at the time of checkout. The rates will be calculated by a third party shipper and are based on the service area in which the item is being received.
